F&I Managers from several different dealerships gathered at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Pittsburgh for a day of information and updates from the 2014 F&I Industry Summit in Las Vegas, Nevada. Those who attended were given fresh ideas on menu selling including some different interview questions, word tracks for the presentation menu and interesting and memorable ways to overcome customer objections. Also included in the day’s topics were the most recent compliance updates from the industry’s foremost attorneys and experts.
