Sales Meeting Suggestions

If you are looking for relevant topics for meetings with your sales people, try some of these:


  • Announce any claims that your products have paid out, stressing the effect these can have on customer loyalty.

  • Use repair orders to illustrate the cost to the customer with and without the service contract.

  • Discuss the effect the high tech components and safety features have on the frequency of claims, both GAP—as more vehicles are declared a total loss due to the cost to replace these parts, and car repairs—since most of these components have to be replaced with higher priced OEM parts.

  • Explain how to confidently handle questions about rate and payment.

  • Tell them what information they can share with you that will help you help their customer.

  • Stress the importance of turning over an internet buyer prior to the delivery.
