A Letter from Jeram Marketing’s CEO
I’m not sure about you, but my 2017 flew by and in a few weeks, we’ll
all be getting prepared for 2018!
A great many things happened in 2017. Our country elected a
new, business-friendly President and it looks like most of us will be
paying less in taxes next year. The NYSE is booming, having recently hit
24,000. I remember when 1500 was a great market high point. Okay,
enough about my age!
What will some of these changes mean to you and me? Well, for
one, more people are going to be working and those currently working
will be earning more. Surely, we want you to be in the “earning more”
category. How are you going to do that?
Well, first and foremost, let’s have a strong finish to 2017. In
addition, let’s enjoy family and friends during the upcoming holidays.
Strive to be thankful for our blessings in family, health and career. But in
the waning days of 2017, let’s also think about what we need to do to
increase our performance during 2018. Don’t you hate it when you have
to think so much!
Remember, more people are going to have access to more (used
to be taxes) cash. They’re going to spend it somewhere. Secondly, more
people are going to be hired and, once established, will want to upgrade
their vehicle. It looks like prospects will abound. That’s a gift to you, but
a gift that will require effort to secure, close and turn into profit. It’s
exciting to know these opportunities are coming soon. Be prepared!
We recognize that you are all professionals and I’m not going to go into
the “how’s and why’s” of preparing and setting attainable goals. You
already know how to do that and you either hit, exceeded or will come in
short this year. Let’s work together to eliminate that “come in short”
part.
